If this is a single frame then it's really good.
you can make out divisions in the rings and some of the bands on it's surface.

most of my planetary stuff is anywhere from 50 to 500 frames stacked.
stacking/wavelets will reduce noise.
there are a number of free stacking programs, I use Registax.
